CES Energy will provide full maintenance on all plants items associated with the solutions which can be remotely monitoring 24 hours a day.
All field engineers are equipped with branded vans, fitted with GPS tracking and controlled from head office. A 24/7 operator manned service and IT help desk support the team using specifically designed CRM MIS to allocate the nearest available resource. Each team is stocked with a range of spare parts enabling repairs and service on site where possible.
Procedures and administration have been streamlined allowing a shift from manual work sheets to electronically handled Job allocation and document completion. This allows better cost controls, and more importantly, better customer service and prioritisation.
